RISE is an event series to provide a platform to women, queer, trans, people of colour, non-binary, gender nonconforming, and two-spirit performers in an industry that is recovering from being historically cis-male dominated. Wiggly Events and Wiggle Room are proud to provide a Safer Dance Space to these communities and a platform for artists to flourish. For this special edition of RISE, we welcome back Jenny Boo, Lana Violette, Melanie Sutherland, and resident Barroness, and welcome Sofia Fly for a debut at Wiggle Room.

Our team and event hosts, such as Takin, Lindsay Fay, Nour Bawab, Christina Barron, Tyler Hill, Mitch (lead security), and Tanya (bar), are all available.
