VJ Prabin is a visual artist who explores how sound can look in three dimensions. His path started behind a drumkit; however, after an accident necessitated a break from drumming, he began focusing on how to move light and graphics with the same rhythm he once found in music. This transition led him to a space where his interests in photography, music, and technology finally aligned.
Over the last decade, he has developed a practice centered on 3D modeling, 2D/3D animation, projection mapping, and live VJing, aiming to create art that people can truly step inside. He builds his own 3D structures and brings them to life through digital graphics and immersive projections. Having performed at events across Nepal and Canada since 2013, Prabin focuses on the natural sync between visuals and the music’s pulse.
For him, the goal isn’t just to put on a show, but to help create those moments where the audience can lose themselves in the harmony of sight and sound.
Our venue @wiggleroomtoronto is the #HomeOfBouncyBeats, home to a strong underground community and the heart of the scene.
