Accessibility

We are dedicated to ensuring that our venue’s services and events, this website, and the vibrant talents of our creative and diverse community are accessible and inclusive to as many people as possible.

Accessibility is a broad concept that encompasses a wide range of needs, which we may all require assistance with at some point in our lives. These needs can be temporary or long-term, and they can affect various aspects of our physical and cognitive abilities. Importantly, many of these needs are not immediately visible.

Unfortunately, our venue is up a set of stairs. The washroom and seating area are up one stepped level. As expected, there is a dark and loud dance floor with many people dancing. There are video projections and a smoke machine to accentuate lights and flickering lasers.

There are likely other environmental and health challenges and opportunities that we are not yet aware of. Please get in touch with us about them, and we’ll see how we can help.

We hope our content is available on this website. Guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, we have designed. We will continue to update and modify this website to meet new and evolving guidelines that help with our intention to make our content available to all. WCAG put forth Accessibility Principles, and we strive to meet these at a minimum.

If you have suggestions for ways that we can make our environments more accessible, then please reach out from our Contact page.

Please review more guidelines and policies.
