Paul Alfano (aka Paolo)
Co-founder of 1lvl1 Entertainment, Paul has deep ties to the music industry since the late 1980s. A true O.G. and house music lover, he started DJing in 1987 at some of Toronto’s legendary venues and continued until the mid-90s. Over the last decade, he has been active in DJing and organizing events across Toronto and abroad.
Paul is also a spoken word house music artist with tracks signed to various labels. He elevated 1lvl1 Entertainment by adding Melanie Sutherland and Corrado Q to the team. His love for Afro/Tribal/Latin sounds has earned him respect as a resident DJ at Wiggle Room.
Corrado Q
At 18, Corrado Q developed a passion for classic house music, drawing inspiration from legends like Frankie Knuckles and Carl Cox. He soon entered the underground rave scene, discovering his DJ style. Over time, he honed his sound to Afro/Tribal/Tech House.
Corrado has DJed at several Toronto nightclubs, including Nest and Vertigo. In 2017, he realized a dream by playing at Tantra Ibiza, opening for world-renowned clubs across the island.
New Vibe in 2024
In June 2024, Corrado joined Paolo for an impromptu back-to-back set at Wiggle Room, creating a fresh underground vibe. Both DJs share similar styles, making it a perfect match.
They are members of B.O.H. (Brotherz of House), and whether performing as a duo or adding Melanie Sutherland as a trio, 1lvl1 is steadily making waves in Toronto’s underground scene with their motto: “Teamwork makes the dream work.”
