@wiggleroomtoronto has quickly become one of Toronto’s most recognizable underground dancefloor spaces. Since opening in 2021, the venue has built its identity around community-driven events, extended sets, and a focus on House and Techno culture.
What started as a new room for dedicated dancers has evolved into a consistent meeting point for artists, promoters, and crowds who value sound, energy, and connection over hype. Each year has added another layer to its story, shaped by late nights, packed floors, and a loyal community.
From early nights and growing crowds to fully realized dancefloor energy, these records reflect how a venue becomes more than just a space; it becomes part of a city’s nightlife memory.
Dance like everyone’s watching
This weekend, the floor gets the spotlight. 🪩
We have been levelling up, Saturday Night Fever style. A brand new floor went in around our glowing LED dance floor, giving you a wider and smoother surface to perfect your footwork.
Big ups and huge love to our friends David Sum, Amir Nian, Araz, and Michael, who rolled up their sleeves to raise the floor surface.
The LED floor itself is a total love letter to dancing. It was designed by local creator Ryan Veteze of imajin and powered by custom controls from Troy Ess. The floor, installed before NYE 2026, is a modern twist and a luminous tribute to the disco era that inspired house music, which took root underground with drum machines and synths.
Come wiggle. See you on the dance floor today, tomorrow and forever. ✨🕺
Got some tips for Pablo about house music spots in Montreal? How about other house music spots in Canadian cities? Comment below.
Dear Wiggle Room Team,
I just wanted to thank you for the loving and inviting space you all host. I am a lone visitor to this city, but on your dance floor, I felt at home. I came to Canada from Argentina for just a few days, and I’m leaving Toronto tomorrow, so I don’t think I’ll get to experience that energy again, but rest assured that the memory of how I felt there will go with me wherever I go. I’ll be spending a few days in Montreal before returning to Buenos Aires. If you have any recommendations for welcoming house music places in the city, I would appreciate them.
Thank you for bringing people together through music and dance ❤️

Gettoblaster drops a wild, filthy, jackin house heater that’s guaranteed to blow the roof off every party. This one comes loaded with cheeky, outrageous vocals about a wild foursome at Burning Man, giving the track that perfect mix of grit, humour, and pure underground attitude. The single also features remixes from n808, Uriah G, and Dope Demeanors.
