RISE is an event series dedicated to fostering diverse empowerment for women, queer, trans, people of color, non-binary, gender nonconforming, and two-spirit performers in an industry that is evolving from its historically cis-male dominated roots. Wiggly Events and Wiggle Room proudly offer a Safer Dance Space for these communities and serve as a platform for artists to thrive. In this edition of RISE, we are excited to welcome back ALAMUSIC from Ottawa, known for delivering some of the most energetic house music, alongside local talents Jenny Boo, Cozmic Cat, and resident Barroness. Additionally, making their debut appearance at Wiggle Room is BIRDY, who will be setting the early night mood.
