Juliet Mendoza, a true ambassador of the House music culture, has been immersed in the scene since the mid-90s. An LA native, Juliet’s journey began as a passionate dancer and promoter in the vibrant LA house clubs like the Arena and Carnival. By her early 20s, she had become a fixture in the scene, promoting and dancing at LA’s largest house music festivals.
As the founder and resident DJ of Jill’s House, aka Jackin Jills, Juliet has carved out her space in the House music world. Her deep-rooted connection to the culture and her unique style of delivering melodic, soulful, and deep sounds have seen her share the decks with heavyweights such as Peggy Gou, ANOTR, Hot Since 82, DJ Sneak, Sam Divine, Jamie Jones, Mochakk, and PAWSA.
Juliet’s impressive credentials include winning the Unsung Hero Award from Defected Records and joining their esteemed Unsung Heroes Crew in 2022. Her talent and dedication have taken her beyond LA, headlining in international cities like Amsterdam, Paris, Mexico City, Tulum, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Portland, and San Diego.
