myself calls Toronto home. The musical taste of myself is a product of years of personal growth through the power of community enriched with the tangy sweetness of freedom of self-expression on a dancefloor.
You can expect myself to dance with you to bassy and sassy house music that makes the dancefloor. Being introduced to the world of music and production in the early 2000s, his style takes influence from the era – so expect a lot of nostalgic remixes. His newest venture, a regular collaborative series of performing arts events called Voice is set to launch next month.

Growing up in the small town of Cambridge Ontario, KikiG started as a guitarist who sought to play around with progressive sounds and moved her love and passion for music into the electronic realm. Among others, the genres of deep dub and bouncy house are favourited and the choice for making people move and groove. From playing Museums to backyard parties, you can bet that you’ll see KikiG doing what she loves to do.

Long before their DJ debut, Sidra started out as a guitarist in Secret Trial Five, a mainstay in Toronto’s queer punk scene. Ready to jump back in after years of wearing out their shoes on Toronto’s dance floors, Sidra has found a taste for emotional, synth-heavy dance music with progressive, melodic and deep sounds.Sidra produces AMNESIAK, an underground event series dedicated to spacey and rich progressive electronic music. Their last mix, AMNESIAK 1 LIVE made it to the Top 10 Mix Cloud Progressive House charts:

SYDD is a Toronto-based musician. An instrumentalist and songwriter by trade who was exposed to electronic music in his later years, he was quickly enthralled by the deeper and more emotive sounds hitting the dance floors he was attending. With almost twenty-eight years in the industry – Ali Black is a versatile DJ and producer. His style is best reflected through his extensive record collection and his ability to match his selections to his surrounding environment and the audience’s mood.Over the last decade, Ali has performed at his residencies at Sunnyside Pavillion and Promise Cherry Beach, at venues such as Coda, and at festivals such as Boreal and Harvest. During this time, Ali has also managed Nitebeat Radio – a platform that helps to foster and showcase Toronto’s musical talent.

Kiki LeFreak has been playing records since 2003 in Toronto. LeFreak has played warehouses, night clubs, beach parties outdoor venues to small bars and restaurants. Her style is Chicago, Detroit, NYC and Toronto. Playing anything from Boogie, Disco, House, Electro and New wave. LeFreak was greatly influenced by the glorious mid 90’s rave culture that she was so deeply embedded in. Kiki loves her community and shows it by sharing her musical knowledge. Her Dj sets are legendary and she does not disappoint.

Complex rhythms, textured bass, and haunting atmospherics feature prominently in their work — which can be heard anywhere from dance floors to film scores. Their music has been released on several international labels and, locally, Jonah is a well-established contributor to Canada’s electronic music community.
